Emergency Dial 9-1-1Units staged at 213 northbound prior to the Cecil County line to give a final send-off to community member Jennifer Newnam. Jennifer was the owner of Twinnys who has been a long time friend to the department and provided numerous meals, at little to no cost for meetings, events and providers on shift. She will be Sorely Missed by the emergency services community as a whole, here in Kent County
